The location was great, but room service was not good.

“Close to transportation / very basic hotel without lift”

While the hotel's location was a major plus, my stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. The lack of a lift meant I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor, which was a challenge, especially with the tiny escalator. To make matters worse, the staff didn't offer to help with my luggage, and their limited English made communication a struggle.

“Cok kotu”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, I was impressed by their responsiveness - unfortunately, I didn't get a response. On the other hand, I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but it seemed like they weren't checking their messages. Overall, I was left with a bit of a sour taste.

“Not good for stay”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's fantastic location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The hotel lacked a lift, which made carrying my luggage up to the third floor a real challenge, especially considering the narrow stairs. To make matters worse, I wasn't provided with the room I had requested, and the photos on the booking platform didn't accurately represent the actual room. Overall, this stay was not up to par.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's excellent location, which made it easy to get around the city. The friendly receptionist and wonderful service only added to my positive experience, and I was pleased to find that my room was clean and comfortable. I slept very well during my stay, which is always a bonus.
