Its proximity to the beach, pier 60, and shopping is fantastic, yet the rooms could have been cleaner—blinds and shelves had dust and debris.

It offered great value and was a solid deal; a 10‑minute walk to the pier is easy, though the sheets looked a little suspect, everything else was clean and acceptable.

“Great location 5mins walk to beach!”

The location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk to the beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants and friendly, welcoming staff that made the area feel safe; overall a pleasant and convenient stay. The pool seemed unclean—improving filtration or ensuring the pump runs could help—and the bedrooms lacked air conditioning, making them less comfortable in warm weather.
