The location was pretty, quiet, and close to the HBF. The room was spacious and clean.

Our room was overbooked. The receptionist called the manager and told us to wait 5 minutes. The manager then called me to say he had booked a different hotel for us, closer in town, and offered breakfast at his hotel. The other hotel—poorly maintained, with a smelly room—had the same price but a much worse rating.
