Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The quality was good. But it was a basement flat! I’m very dissatisfied because the booking interface didn’t make it obvious that it was a basement apartment with a shared bathroom and toilet. I only stayed because it was too late to find something else.

The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were very quiet. From there you can quickly reach the Swiss side, for example the Rhine Falls, and Kostanz is also nearby. Aside from hand soap, the bathroom had nothing; a few basic hygiene items would have been nice.

I loved the place; everything was spotless and well kept, the room was large, comfortable, and cozy. The location was great too – the train station was easily reachable on foot. All in all, it fit my needs perfectly, I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, the room had a nice temperature, a fridge was available, there was a large shared bathroom and an extra shared WC, and a Lidl supermarket was only a few minutes' walk away. The Wi‑Fi worked and the value for money was very good. The bed quality could be better and the train station is about a 15‑minute walk.

Very clean and spacious for the price.
