I liked the location and the bar & restaurant, but the staff were rude and unhelpful; every time we called for assistance they took a long time to listen and fulfill our requests. I booked through the app which advertised free breakfast, but when we asked they charged us, claiming the hotel didn't provide complimentary breakfast even though the app listed it. They were neither polite nor helpful.

I ended up here after another hotel wouldn’t accept foreigners, and this one luckily does! The room was large with everything you could ask for, feeling more like having your own little studio in town. It was clean and had no issues. The downside is that there isn’t much to see nearby, so be ready to use ride‑hailing apps to get around.
