I was shocked to find dog poop on my plate, and then a fire alarm went off at 2am, forcing me to leave the hotel at that hour.

The staff were friendly and the amenities were decent, but the bedding was unattractive—the quilt was exposed and it seemed like many people had used it before, the carpet was dirty and the tiled floor was sticky.

It was very neat. I stayed for only 1 night but bookings.com charged me for 3 nights. I have been unable to reach anyone to talk to about the issue. Someone should pls reach out to me

Breakfast was easy to reach and we appreciated that it was included, though it was just an average spread; it was heavy on carbs, not gluten‑free, and I would have liked more real fruit or vegetables.

The location was great for my needs—I was going to check up on MD UNUVERSITY—but the breakfast staff were angry, swearing, throwing things, and generally upset; they left their station and went to speak with the receptionist, resulting in very poor service.
