Comfort Inn & Suites Huntington Beach

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The location was perfect, with a great breakfast included in the price. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unfriendly front desk staff. The lady who checked us in during our stay on January 24th, between 2:30 and 5:30 pm, was particularly rude. However, the property itself was decent and met our basic needs.

I recently had a disastrous experience at your hotel, and I'm still trying to process the events that unfolded. Upon arriving on January 16, I realized I had booked the wrong date, January 23, which was the following night. I stood in the lobby, hoping to make an exception and transfer my funds to stay, but the manager refused, despite the counter staff, Jessica, having initially agreed to help.

While the location of this hotel was excellent, my stay was marred by unfriendly staff. On Christmas Day, I was not greeted warmly, which was a disappointing start to my visit. To make matters worse, the breakfast staff were particularly rude, which added to my overall dissatisfaction.

The Huntington Beach location was clean, comfortable, and relaxed, making it perfect for my family with two toddlers. I was also impressed by the hotel's flexibility, allowing us to check in at 4:00 AM after a long drive. Overall, it was a great experience that I would highly recommend.
