“Hotel velho e com esteutura ruim”

The garden area looks really nice, but we ended up in a hot, tiny room with uncomfortable beds. I asked about an upgrade since the hotel wasn’t busy and was told it was possible for an extra €50; I pointed out I’d already paid €113 and that a superior room costs €137, yet the staff insisted on the €50 fee. After I asked to see the room, they reconsidered and charged only €35. I had also paid €20 to check out at 12 pm, so in total I spent €168 for a sweltering, poorly ventilated night and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

“Piacevole sorpresa”

The staff were fantastic and super helpful, even with our little dog. The building is a bit dated but very welcoming and fully equipped, with excellent services.

“Hotel datato, adatto a famiglie con bambini”

The positives were the good breakfast, the large terrace in front of the hotel, the staff’s willingness, and the surrounding scenery. We told the staff that the building is very dated and that’s obvious. However, there are areas that should be improved, especially the room amenities—air‑conditioning systems, mattresses, and bathroom equipment. At present, the price of the stay doesn’t match the quality.
