“The hotel rating shown on Booking is fake”
Nothing positive. The staff member was completely inexperienced; the bed he assigned had never been cleaned—exactly as the previous guest left it—and he had no idea what to do. He pointed me to a storage area for my bag, and I left it there. I had to leave the hotel at 7:00 a.m., but I didn’t get the locker opened until 11:00 a.m. with his own key. No employee should be showing up at 11; that’s why I lost three hours and my whole plan fell apart. They said breakfast would be served at 8:30, but even at 11 a.m. there was no sign of breakfast—it was a completely abandoned establishment!
