The unexpected value—from cleanliness and comfort to breakfast and location—was remarkable, and we enjoyed a balcony overlooking the Colorado River, making breakfast with a river view a beautiful experience.

The property was clean and we liked being next to the river, but we were assigned an ADA room without requesting it; the shower head was low, so a standing person couldn’t fit under it and water sprayed into the bathroom, and the Wi‑Fi was down, preventing us from searching for activity and restaurant details.

A desk hostess at 9 pm was very nice and professional, even though it was busy and she was the only staff on duty. The place was disgusting and dirty, with no Wi‑Fi, a stinky and hot room, and overflowing garbage canisters outside; I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
