The place sits well, but it’s far from Surat railway station; at least it’s over Domino's Pizza, which was handy. They added an extra charge claiming tax—GST is only 5%, yet I was billed at 18% and never received an invoice, even after several requests. The senior staff threatened to evict me when I pointed out the overcharge. On top of that, they cancelled my reservation after I had already checked in, treating me as a no‑show. I explained all this over the phone and via email, but nothing was done. I expected a better response.
