The rooms were tidy, but the service was very poor.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was good, though some maintenance was needed. The food, especially breakfast, was disappointing; it seemed there was no kitchen staff, so meals were not prepared on site and had to be pre‑ordered 4 hours in advance. Extras like more chips were impossible, and changing an order 30 minutes later was not allowed. The wardrobe was in the bathroom, and we couldn’t use the balcony because old IT equipment was stored there. Only a few staff members seemed capable of resolving problems, and even a male staff member was helpful.

Everything about the property felt luxurious, and the beach location was a big draw for beach lovers. The staff were highly professional, especially Hannah and Precious, who were on hand to greet us and made the stay enjoyable and memorable.
