The owner didn’t even know we were booked through the platform and tried to cancel the account. Nobody was there to greet me, so I almost ended up on the street.

The only thing that went right was the staff’s service. But the place? The photos and address on the booking said one thing, and when I got there they sent me to a different house that wasn’t what we’d agreed on. I was pretty disappointed, but I didn’t cancel because it was late and I was exhausted.
