Each air‑conditioned room boasts private bathrooms, free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and flat‑screen TVs. Guests dine on American or Asian breakfasts, or order room service. Located 54 km from Chiang Mai Airport and 48 km from the bus station, it offers easy access to local attractions.

Beautiful place with everything included, and the staff were extremely helpful. The elephant, however, was the only one and clearly anxious, pacing in a small enclosure and unable to roam freely, which made her look very sad. Watching her made me cry; I wish she had a handler instead of a trainer and didn’t have to perform tricks, because that really broke my heart. I should have done more research—supporting a place like this is something I don’t want to do.

The all‑inclusive resort offered a personal wildlife elephant experience, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The location beside a river is quiet, but the place feels a bit isolated and even walking around isn’t recommended.

Getting there was a breeze, and I hope the elephant is as happy as a rockstar—she clearly seems grateful for her new situation and it’s impossible not to love her. The staff were incredible, putting 110 % effort into making our stay special; Max the manager, Phoe, and Matmei were more than great and very customer‑focused. We loved the concept, the style, and the overall effort. The downside was the limited food menu and the room being very cold. The shower was “impressive” in appearance but not very functional, which is a personal gripe.
