The owner is a very honest person, and there’s no trouble with laundry or towel usage. The only downside is the age of the building.

The host was extremely hospitable; he was quite old, had lost most of his eyesight, yet he was very friendly and helpful in every way. I couldn’t imagine a better host. I can’t think of any negatives.

The guy running the house was super kind and very nice. Someone—maybe a friend—drove us to the train station after check‑out. The location is nice and we liked it as a base for exploring; it’s about 20 minutes to the train station. The room had good AC and we slept pretty well. It just wasn’t clean. Not to be picky, but it simply wasn’t clean. Fifty dollars a night for a room with a shared bathroom like that is also just really bad value for money. Also the beds didn’t really have a sheet on the layer you lay on; it didn’t look clean and had other people’s hair on it.
