I had a disastrous experience with this hotel. The location was extremely difficult to find, and the staff were completely unhelpful. They even went so far as to cancel our stay, claiming they were fully booked, despite the fact that we had already paid online. To make matters worse, they transferred us to a different hotel that was significantly worse, and didn't even offer to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. The sheets felt like they hadn't been changed before our arrival, and the staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating. They didn't even offer to provide us with the basic amenities we needed, making our stay feel like a chore. On top of that, the hotel wasn't very clean, and they didn't provide any cooking facilities for guests.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's accessibility features, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling, with two large rats scurrying up the staircase as soon as we entered. The smell of the hotel was overwhelming, and the bathroom was in a state of disrepair. To make matters worse, the area was a bustling fish market, with trucks unloading goods at all hours of the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

While the hotel's proximity to the city center was a major plus, my stay was marred by a multitude of issues. The hotel had no signage, making it difficult to find, and the staff were unresponsive to our messages. The room was dirty and dusty, and the double bed stairs were in a state of disrepair. We had to ask for towels, and the electric fans were awkward to use. The toilet had no flush, and we had to use a pail, while the shower was cold.
