The staff were amazing, especially Denise, who even called a taxi to pick me up from the train station when I lost my voice from a cold. She was genuinely caring and warm, a true 5‑star customer‑service person. The rest of the reception team was great too, and even though it was my first time in the town and at this hotel, I felt safe and cared for. The only downside was that there wasn’t an option for breakfast or a vending machine with food.

The accommodation was excellent—well furnished, modern, quiet, and spotless. The only thing we missed was a TV, just for the kids’ cartoons; I’d recommend adding that later. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great—just a 5‑minute drive to Komárno. The closed parking lot was also a plus. Overall we were satisfied and will definitely return. Thank you.
