Hotel O Palace At Seventy Two Near Iskcon Temple Noida

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Shree Jii Hotel in Vrindavan. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The reception team delivered exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant food was amazing, and the kitchen team did a fantastic job. Thanks for their excellent service and warm hospitality. Housekeeping was outstanding, especially the person who kept our room clean, fresh, and well maintained. I sincerely apologize if I missed mentioning anyone, but the entire team worked wonderfully together. They made our stay very comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan and would happily stay here again.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel due to the woefully inadequate service I received. Despite the hotel's efforts, the staff seemed completely unprepared to handle the demands of their guests. Unfortunately, the service was so bad that it overshadowed any potential positives.

The hotel's location was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The hotel didn't quite meet the standards I've come to expect from a hotel of its caliber. The location was nice, but it wasn't enough to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against booking here. The hotel's failure to answer my calls in the middle of the night left me stranded and forced me to find alternative accommodations at 2 AM. It was a harrowing experience that I won't soon forget.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel, and I'm not sure what the staff was thinking. The hotel's amenities and services were completely underwhelming, and I left feeling like I'd wasted my time and money. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't do anything to change my opinion.
