The place was beautiful, the facilities and room space impressive, and the food delicious. The staff member SARE gave me a free room upgrade because my booking fell on my birthday, and the employee IRMAK greeted me with a smile that never left her face. The sea view closes at 7 o’clock, and I wish the hotel management would train the queue staff to be more polite to guests.

We had a wonderful private getaway; the beach was simply fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever been to (not even the premium Belek at Ethno or Rixos). The all‑you‑can‑eat restaurant was incredible, the staff were excellent, and service was beyond praise. The whole family rested well, enjoyed the sea, great cuisine, and we’re grateful to the staff ❤️ – we’ll definitely return. It would be great if the rooms received a more thorough wet cleaning.

I was very satisfied with the hotel in every way; everyone was positive and helpful. At reception, the staff members Ahmet Aziz and Nagihan Hanim, at the bar, Gokhan Bey and Dogukan Bey, and from the animation team, Mert (Ronaldinho) Bey and Tomris Hanim – I thank them all for the assistance and attention they gave me, my family, and friends over the 10‑day stay.
