“Pathetic stay”
Nothing positive to mention. The hotel was unprepared for guests, especially in the room.
The location was good and the stay was fine. The AC appliance, the room layout around the mirror, and the food choices were disappointing.

The location and staff behavior were good. The non‑veg options at breakfast were too limited.

The place was clean. The staff were rude and charged me for breakfast even though I had a CP plan.
The staff were very nice, especially Himanshu, who was responsive and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bed linen was clean. Please keep the hotel clean and tidy. A buffet breakfast ("Swedish table") was advertised, but it wasn’t actually available; only a small menu was offered.
