The rooms were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. But the hotel was packed to the brim, making the facilities feel overcrowded. Breakfast was a let‑down – no fresh fruit juice, limited options, and the coffee was awful. Even basic things like a chair and towel cost extra, which is weird for a four‑star place. And those sun loungers on the rocks? No shade at all.

This place in Flachau is pretty cozy, with comfortable rooms and a tasty breakfast. The surroundings and amenities are lovely. The only downside was that during our summer stay the rooms didn’t have air conditioning, which made it a bit stuffy.

The location is perfect for skiing, and the breakfast, afternoon cake, and coffee are all good. I’d book again.

The hotel is within walking distance of the slopes, the room is spacious, and the food is decent. The parking spot was a bit of a hassle.

I accidentally booked the wrong room, but the staff fixed it quickly. Just be careful when booking – the annex has a totally different vibe from the main building, so they should be separate and renamed.
