“Perfetto comodissima la possibilità delle 2 entratec”
The spot is amazing, but the only downside is that you can't have breakfast on the gorgeous terrace by the Spanish Steps because giant wasps swarm the food. What a shame…

The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and free WiFi. A breakfast service is provided, with room service available. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The location was great, but the breakfast at the café across could have been better.

The location is unbeatable, breakfast is served in the room on the tiny balcony, and I always pick the entrance from either the lower or upper side of the Spanish Steps because it’s super convenient for exploring Rome. The rooms are called Suites but the size isn’t adequate; there are other hotels in the same spot with much better rooms. I find it unacceptable that, even though there’s no in‑room breakfast, you have to go to a bar! The idea of offering two breakfast options is good, but it’s unfair that you have to pay extra to have it brought to the room. They should either drop the room price and run a restaurant or keep the current setup without the surcharge.

Honestly, nothing at all except the location. The lift is old, still using a key system, and it’s very, very small; I can’t even move around. I can’t skip the breakfast that’s moved to a café across the street where the staff ignore the hotel guests, and the food is mediocre for the price. I don’t understand how they earned four stars; it’s a very odd hotel in a bad sense, not recommended. The staff are friendly and do their best 😒😒😒😒😒
