Nothing noteworthy. Overall, it’s a “run‑down” place with obvious neglect in maintenance and upkeep. The furnishings are clearly worn, and communication with the “reception” is limited to the intercom at the door. Cyclists aren’t really welcome! Various “certificates” from Holliday Check and pre‑2016 good reviews on the wall show that it used to be better.

The location in the city is actually good, but there’s a huge construction site right outside the door. The TV didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi was too weak for streaming.

The location is very central, right in the middle of Bad Windsheim. Unfortunately there’s a construction site in the pedestrian zone right now, but it only made the entrance to the pension harder and isn’t the fault of the accommodation. It was also great that we could lock our bikes under cover in the back courtyard. The rooms are large and functional, though not ultra‑modern. For a transit stay it was a very pleasant experience.
