The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having a coffee station in the lobby made mornings easy. The bathroom lighting felt a bit dim, and the breakfast didn't live up to my expectations.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was hot and tasty—so good we’ve stayed here several times when visiting UP.

The hotel’s air filtration worked wonders; even with heavy smoke from Canadian wildfires, the air inside felt fresh, and they welcomed our dog. A staff member told me I’d have to wait until 9 AM for housekeeping to bring new towels after a week of camping, but a higher‑up at the front desk intervened and got fresh towels right away.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and Jacque, who checked us in, was extremely helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from downtown.
