The room was spotless and warm, which was a relief.
The half-board option was amazing - we were blown away by the quality of the food and the service.
The hotel's location is excellent - it's close to the city center and the train station.
The price was standard for what they offered.

“Dwudniowy wypad w Tatry”
The location is good, close to the city center, but the building is old and has not been renovated.
The location suited us nicely, thank you. Toward the end of our stay, however, some guests were very noisy, disturbing us late at night, in the early morning, and even during the night. They slammed doors, argued loudly, and shouted, which made for a rather unpleasant experience.
The hotel is close to the city center and offers free parking. The service left something to be desired.
I was thrilled with the spot right next to the train station, especially since I took the Tatrabahn to Pleso to climb the Rysy from there. On the straight walk from the station to the hotel, a bar offered huge pizzas, which was spot on after the mountain trek. The furnishings feel a bit dated, but still decent.
The proximity to both the train and bus stations was perfect; nothing was missing and everything worked well.
