The staff went above and beyond by storing our luggage before check-in, which was a huge relief.
The hotel's proximity to the metro station and abundance of nearby restaurants made it an ideal choice for me.

“まあ、良しとしています。”
The location was perfect for sightseeing. Staying in the basement room for three days was a bit tough, and it was inconvenient that the map app didn’t work in the room.
“A big mistake”
The place is only worth it for its location and the friendly staff; everything else feels like an overpriced budget hotel.
“Reasonable choise for stay in London. No fridge in the room. It was necessary for eye drops and food”
The spot is great, the breakfast satisfies, and it’s close to the tube, the V&A, Kensington Gardens, and a supermarket; however, there’s no fridge in the room for eye drops or food, the coffee machine was broken on day one and we had to settle for instant coffee.
“Good”
The hotel’s proximity to the metro is a plus, but the breakfast was decent and the overall care felt lacking.
The location, price, and quality are great.
