Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place was very clean and close to the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a horrible experience with Monsieur Julien KOUAME at reception, who contacted us after we had vacated the room to accuse us of not paying, even though we had sent him a screenshot of the payment proof. He insisted we hadn't paid in an email where he copied his managers. We replied with the receipt attached and demanded an apology and compensation for defamation, but our email has been ignored. It's simply absurd!

Overall it was good, and the food was also worth a good rating.

The staff were welcoming, yet there were a lot of things that needed improvement.

Convenient and the location is strategic, not far from the airport. The shuttle reservation management was a problem.
