“Friendly, clean and consistent in a great neighborhood.”

The staff were always friendly and welcoming. The full breakfast was standard fare but fresh and well stocked, and it started at 6 am which is great for early travelers. I liked the coffee maker, refrigerator, and generous bottled water supply in the room. The Hampton Inn is our go‑to for a night or two when stopping over. The beds are usually fine, but our mattress was worn out—too soft with a dip in the middle—so it’s time to replace a few of those.

“Great location, worn down facilities”

The location was spot‑on and the staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was low quality, everything wrapped in plastic and the food was bad. The windows wouldn’t open, so unless the AC was blasting the room smelled bad; I got a new room after the first night but the same issue persisted, and the cleaning staff didn’t empty the dehumidifier. The facilities were pretty old and the price was high.

The location was great, but the curtains didn’t close all the way and the room felt a little dated with dark carpet.

The sink drain doesn’t allow proper draining and needs repair.
