The location was good, not far from the beach and harbor, the building and furnishings were very new, and the communal kitchen was nice, but the entrance was hard to find—you have to push the big gate hard. Our room was a bit tight for three people with luggage, but it was okay for one night, and the view outside didn’t really show much of a garden.

The hosts greeted me with a warm welcome right when I arrived, and the room turned out to be one of the most comfortable places I've stayed in Sri Lanka; the bed was simply the best, giving me a great night’s sleep. Its location is spot‑on, sitting between the main busy road and the beach, so I’ll definitely return.
