Great spot to explore Palermo. The location is superb. Rooms are spacious and functional, with shared bathrooms and kitchens among guests. The environment feels welcoming and clean. What stood out most was the staff’s friendliness and readiness, answering every request with warmth and courtesy. We’ll definitely return and recommend it.

Only the location was good. On the first day I had to shower with cold water… I called and after 10 minutes a guy came to fix the boiler… The second day was the same, except I didn’t call anyone because it seemed unthinkable to be unable to shower in full summer heat because it was freezing… Then the shared bathroom… well, that’s another negative!
