The location was great for reaching the university hospital, yet the facility was literally abandoned, with cigarette stench and disorder; the room I stayed in had very weak lighting, and I can’t even imagine what was attached to the walls—dirty spots on the wallpaper, curtains matching the wallpaper with splashes of every color and brown smears from the floor to the ceiling, a persistent smell of dirt, smoke, and dampness throughout the room, and no soundproofing; I slept poorly and woke up worse because the neighbors started yelling at 5:30, despite being a two‑star place where dignity should be maintained; the low price is tempting, but you have to be honest with yourself about what you choose; a bit more cleaning and decor would have helped—my experience was very bad, so I’m not posting photos out of decency.

The location is great, the on‑site restaurant is convenient, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the mattress is perfect.

Only the location is acceptable. The hotel is utterly unacceptable and should not be listed for guests. The hygiene was appalling, with visibly dirty conditions and no proper cleaning. The heating system was either broken or useless, leaving the room freezing cold, which caused me to become ill during my stay. The furniture was damaged, broken, and unsafe, clearly showing a total lack of maintenance. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and unable to communicate in English, making even basic requests difficult. This property fails to meet minimum hospitality standards in every possible way. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.
