I was traveling from Indore, expecting to arrive around 5:30 am on the day of my stay, and had already called the manager to pay extra for early check‑in. When I got there, the staff hadn’t been told about my arrival and it took them 20 minutes to process the check‑in, even though they had woken up early. In my Deluxe Room there were no dental kits and the TV was broken; I mentioned this three or four times at reception. Eventually they sent someone to connect an HDMI cable, but the person at reception had the wrong room number. I went to Half‑Marathon on 6 September 2026, and after the marathon I couldn’t check out, so I asked for a late check‑out. They initially refused, then agreed for an extra fee that I accepted. At check‑out I paid the additional amount they demanded and asked for the bill. The bill listed “Twice the amount for late‑checkout,” was printed and signed by staff. I repeatedly asked for clarification, and the staff called their senior. The senior spoke rudely on the phone and told me, “You have to pay this amount; it has been entered in the system. We can’t change it.” After 15–20 minutes I left, still charged twice for the late‑checkout and unable to do anything about it.

The location is good, the Wi‑Fi works, the air conditioning is fine, the shower pressure is good with hot water, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, though the pillows aren’t that great. The à‑la‑carte breakfast is limited for Europeans: just toast with butter and fruit, no espresso. The rooms aren’t sound‑proofed and it’s a bit pricey.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well sized. The bathroom was good—at least it had a curtain. The continental breakfast selection was sparse.
