Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I couldn’t stay at all. The place was filthy and the owner was insane; it didn’t match the reality. I asked for a new pillow because it smelled of sweat and he showed me his fists, looking for a fight. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room keys were missing.

They should clean the room daily, or at least every two days. The staff can’t speak English well.

We booked a double room but received a single mattress on wooden pallets, and the bathroom had a terrible odor that wouldn’t lift. The walls and doors were covered in grime that’s hard to describe, making the place feel like a squat house.

Nothing. The bed was on the floor and uncomfortable, there were ants in the bathroom, and the shower had no pressure.

Nothing. Everything was old and dirty. The furniture was all out of place, as if it was assembled from local junkyards. The bedding was so awful I didn’t even bother getting undressed. Instead of a bed, there were wooden pallets. The lighting in the room was gloomy. Overall, it was so awful that I’d rather have slept on the street.
