The staff were very friendly, and I was allowed to park my bicycle in the lobby. The room was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel, with kitchen utensils. The microwave and kettle were very clean and served excellently.

The place itself is great, but the room was so hot that neither the open window nor the fan helped; they really need to install air‑conditioning.

A lovely, quaint hotel right in the town center, with a huge library—though we only stayed one night, so couldn’t really make use of it, but it offered great value and I’d happily return.

There was no air‑conditioning and the room felt stuffy; the window couldn’t stay open for ventilation—it was either fully open or fully shut.
