Nice location, open to the mall, easy to reach the hotel, close to many tourist spots, but unfortunately there is no nearby metro. There is no public transport except taxis and Uber.

The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent, with dinner even surpassing breakfast. Service was truly great. We were able to check in around 09:00 even though the room wasn’t available until 15:00. The parking garage was free and always available. The hotel is reportedly 19 years old according to a staff member, and that shows. There are many small flaws if you look closely: the mirror in our room was rusted at the edge, the desk chair wouldn’t stay upright and kept dropping to its lowest point, and some wooden furnishings were heavily scratched. At the pool, several tiles were missing and the WPC floor had small to medium holes. Housekeeping was poor; towels were often missing, once there were none at all, and on another occasion the toilet paper was gone. All these issues together dampen the overall impression.
