“Love this location”

I love the spacious room and its layout, but the room service was slow and I had to call for towels and other items. It could have been due to short staff, and the room was extremely hot even with the thermostat set at 67.

“Comfortable hotel and friendly staff”

Breakfast was a feast of carbs, though I wish there had been unsweetened yogurt and chicken sausage for those avoiding sugar and pork. The property is stunning and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are soft. The housekeeping team delivered towels but didn’t make the beds or tidy the bathroom, and they only brought the blanket meant for the sofa bed. It’s amusing how hotels like this never seem to consider the view from your window; in Kentucky you’d expect at least a glimpse of rolling hills and blue grass on one side of the hotel, but instead you see ugly buildings and parking lots. This isn’t a huge city where you expect a view, but maybe Embassy Suites by Hilton could think about it for future sites.

Everything was spotless and the cleanliness was impeccable, with no issues at all.

“Nice”

Breakfast was solid, offering something for everyone. We booked a king‑size bed but received a queen for the same price, which was disappointing; when I asked the front‑desk woman, she said the king had probably run out.

Breakfast wasn’t stellar, but the made‑to‑order omelette was decent. A hot tub in the pool area or at least a slightly heated pool would have been nice; aside from that and the breakfast, everything else was absolutely excellent.
