“Nice option if travelling with (or without) pets in Phayao”
The bungalow‑style room was super cute, and I liked that it had a separate garden‑like area that was actually enclosed. The staff were incredibly kind; we were spooked by a harmless spider in our room, so they moved us to another room after trying to catch it. Nothing else—everything was great :)

The place was clean and the staff took good care of us; the bed was comfortable and all the necessary equipment was present, but the staff took a little longer than expected to answer our questions.
The refrigerator smelled because the maid had forgotten to clear the fruit, the air conditioner cycled on and off at 3 am which made it impossible to sleep and caused sleep deprivation, and the washing sink had a problem, so I was unhappy to stay.

The bungalow was very pleasant, and it’s just a 5‑minute motorcycle ride from Phayao’s center. The garden is well maintained. Nothing to add.
The staff were super friendly, and the location was great with a private parking lot, but the satellite service was down during our stay and the Wi‑Fi was also unavailable.
