The hotel is very close to the city center and all tourist attractions, and I couldn't find anything negative.

The staff were super friendly, but because the building is historic, accessibility is more complicated.

The location is wonderful and the staff are happy and helpful. We started in a room with a shower over the bath, which my husband and I found difficult and dangerous to use, so we asked for a room change. The staff gladly accommodated us and even helped move our luggage while we were out. The replacement room was lovely. From the advertisement I expected the Wine Celler to be a place to sit and enjoy, but it is purely a storage place.

The hotel feels cozy, is very close to the center, the staff are kind and helpful, and the room is very spacious. The breakfast, however, is a short walk away in an external facility, and there is no parking—temporary or otherwise—for unloading luggage.
