The location was close to the center. The staff were very careless; they told me to call at 19:30 so the key would be ready for my arrival at 20:00, but when I called they said it would be ready at 20:00. I waited outside the hotel until 21:00.

I had trouble traveling to Cáceres and tried to find a solution so someone else could use the room, but they said I couldn’t check in before 24:00; that person arrived at 23:45 and was denied entry because the manager was already asleep. The hostel is 40 minutes from Cáceres, in a deserted area because it’s a business park, and it’s not safe at night.
