The best children’s hotel on the east side, with only one flaw: the price is very high, though we love everything here and keep coming back.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had: excellent food, engaging activities, and a spa with a child‑friendly warm pool and a separate adults‑only area featuring several saunas. Parking is free and plentiful, and the staff are quick to respond and provide outstanding service whenever any issue arises.

The dining room’s interior, the food, the massages, and the overall interior design were all great, and the massage itself was excellent. The hotel’s location is ideal for families with small children, but less so for couples or families with older kids because of the constant presence of mascots and the variety of activities for little ones. The room could use an update; it felt like it was from the 1930s. A refrigerator was missing in the room, not just for chilled drinks but for medication that needed to stay cold. A quick‑service kitchen was also lacking.

Everything was perfect – the hotel was tailored to children down to the smallest details. Cleanliness, the staff’s attitude toward kids, amazing kid facilities, a climbing wall, a playroom, activities, pool slides, bowling, and a cinema were all there, and the food was good too (unfortunately there were no gluten‑free options for celiac children). The view was stunning and it was close to all nearby attractions. Adults missed a gym, which is important for some.
