The breakfast and dinner were excellent, showcasing traditional Moroccan cuisine. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Mr. Abdelwahid, and his assistants, Mr. Najib, and the other staff members. However, the hotel's location is somewhat far from the city and tourist attractions, which was a drawback. Fortunately, we were able to rent a car, which helped us overcome the distance and enjoy the local attractions.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be closed, and we had to let ourselves in. We were greeted by a friendly caretaker who seemed unaware of our booking. The interior was cold and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so we were moved to a different room with a slightly warmer temperature. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were old and poorly insulated for winter, leaving us shivering and taking a long time to warm up.

The security and safety measures at this hotel were satisfactory. However, the equipment was not up to par, with a weak air conditioning system, and we were forced to change rooms after booking and payment. Additionally, the hotel's location is quite far from Ifrane and Séfrou, and the roads leading to it are in poor condition.
