Nothing positive at all. The place was a complete disaster and a rip-off. The hotel had two different listings with conflicting photos and descriptions. The whole complex was filthy, there was no food service, and the beach was just a reef that couldn’t be accessed. It was located in a remote area. We wanted to eat, but the rude staff couldn’t give us a taxi number. Paying over 300 € for three nights was outrageous. After one night, we left in the morning even though we had already paid. Breakfast was promised but never arrived. Communication with the hotel was impossible and we never got a refund. It was an absolute sham. A very friendly neighbor helped us out—ordering dinner in the evening, arranging a taxi the next morning, and even making breakfast for us without asking for payment. I will never book this hotel again.

“Do NOT stay here - run away”

There was a TV in the bungalow, which we didn’t really need but it was there. The location was extremely far from everything, and the manager seemed clueless and had no intention of helping guests get around. Unless you have a car and plan to self‑cater, this place isn’t for you, let alone the outrageous pricing that pretends it’s a nice resort. We arrived late and had to stay overnight, but we left first thing the next morning, forfeiting the prepaid extra nights. Don’t be fooled; it’s not on the sandy beach, though there is coastal access. I can’t believe no one has left bad reviews before. I hope my review isn’t filtered out either. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal as my family. It was a horrible place, charging four to five times the going rate for comparable accommodation in the area. To add insult to injury, the manager was rude and there was a significant language barrier—something we never experienced at any other place on our trip in the Philippines. If you’re skeptical, check other platforms or Google reviews. I wish we had done the same.

“Great family place excellent view and sea side acces”

The hotel is in a really nice area, far from the noisy and busy parts. The only downside was that you had to travel a couple of minutes to get food—nothing too bad, just worth mentioning.
