I have stayed in many hotels, but I can genuinely say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The level of hospitality here is simply remarkable. I went to the hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and ran into an issue with my room. Daisy from Guest Relations reached out immediately and upgraded me to a much nicer room, complete with a bouquet of flowers and a cake waiting inside – it was truly beyond wonderful. She’s exactly the right person in the right place. The hotel’s cleanliness is indescribable, and the staff’s kindness really shines through. A huge thank you, especially to Daisy!
