Rewritten: Above all, the value was great! The room was spacious, meals were included, there was a drink bar and free karaoke, making it very complete. The staff were also kind. I wish the bathroom hours had been a bit wider.

Rewritten: It was the best. The late check‑out was listed as included, but it actually cost extra.
The service was good, but the food selection was limited.
Rewritten: Good value. The sink drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair; only hot water came out.
The staff were incredibly dedicated and stepped in to help when we ran into an issue.
