The location was convenient. However, room 304 lacked adequate lighting in the bathroom and overall, the room was poorly lit. The fridge was broken, and the coffee machine’s accessories were placed at the bottom of the dresser. When checking out, you must keep a card to exit the garage, otherwise you’re stuck.

Everything was nearby and the staff were friendly. They didn’t mention that parking charges apply.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located. During my first stay, the staff didn’t mention that the key had to be kept until departure from the gate. I checked out at 5 am, left my keys at the front desk, and ended up locked out of both the parking garage and the hotel. I spent 10–15 minutes ringing the bell and knocking on the glass door to find help. A quick “by the way” when I told her it was my first stay would have saved a lot of time and frustration this morning. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful.
