The breakfast was good, the room was large and pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. The wellness area, however, had very weak saunas, which is disappointing for a wellness hotel.

The curtains for the sauna were a floor lower than the sauna itself, and there were no water glasses in the sauna for drinking. The bar had a missing or non‑working payment terminal.

The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking Hungarian as well. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The wellness area was tidy and organized, and the neighborhood was also clean. The balcony overlooked the Basilica and offered a nice view. Breakfast and dinner options were not very extensive, but we still enjoyed every meal. The bedside lamp switch could only be reached by getting out of bed.

The service level was low and the selection was limited. The staff were sour, there were no pastries, and the breakfast was awful.

The wellness section was good, clean, and the staff were kind. We requested dinner with more variety, but it cost 20 € per person. Unfortunately, our eldest son ate only rice because the meats and fish were not tasty. We had to pay separately for drinks. We booked for three people, but the 14‑year‑old child was not provided a bath towel.
