Close to the station and the staff at the entrance greeted us with energy; checking in and out via the touch panels was smooth, and the 100‑yen surcharge for Tokyo tax was acceptable. If I need to be in Kinshicho again, I’d stay here. I wish there were stairs available for guests who prefer them; the elevator’s wait times and the need to be considerate of other guests were a drawback.

The hotel was very convenient, just a short walk from the station, and the breakfast was unique with a broth‑simmered tea‑simmered dish that I enjoyed. It would help if the elevator instructions for touching the “TOUCH” button to use the room key were provided at check‑in.

The location is convenient, accessible by both subway and JR, and there are several department stores and a supermarket nearby. 1. The hair dryer is outdated; the cold and hot settings are weak, so a decent replacement would be appreciated. 2. Soundproofing is poor—while hallway noises are almost inaudible, the floor sounds are loud. 3. I wanted to send luggage but they don’t accept cash, so I had to take it to a convenience store myself.

I’m a non‑smoker, but the smoking rooms were relatively inexpensive, so I stayed there. When I entered, there was a faint, almost imperceptible cigarette odor typical of smoking rooms, but it wasn’t bothersome.
