I paid online for two rooms, but when I arrived the front‑desk man told me I had to pay again. I showed him I had already paid, but he insisted I take it up with the manager. I had no choice but to pay again because we needed a place to stay.

The staff was friendly Location was OK. The pool was closed, it was broken, it was the main reason we chose this hotel! The washing machine was out of order NO closet to hang up your clothing , asked for a coat hanger, to hang clothing on the one hook, NOT ONE hanger in the entire hotel! The breakfast was gross. The bed was not very comfortable! In the shower Not one shelf for shampoo, soap etc. The room was not very clean, Only 2 very small drawers for putting clothes away
