The location in the heart of the Dolomites was great, and the rate for the sector was acceptable, but I didn't appreciate the condition of the facilities. During this season there were few nearby restaurants within walking distance, the equipment was old, a tap was stuck, the overall state of the room was poor, and there were still old rotary phones 😏.

The spot is great—ski lifts are just a few meters away and there’s a golf course nearby. Breakfast was generous with a solid variety, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. On the downside, the room felt very worn out, with furniture that looked like it belonged to the 1970s. The carpet was faded, stained, and seemed impossible to clean properly. Broken tiles were present in the bathroom, the shower door that attaches to the bathtub was unusable, and the Wi‑Fi was practically unusable.
