The pools are great.

The place is amazing, a bit outside the city but still okay, but at the gym you have to pay for water.

The hotel is luxurious—a palace! Breakfasts are excellent with a huge variety for every taste, and they allowed a late checkout without extra charge; the only issue was that a swim cap is required in the pool.

I stayed in a spot that felt almost royal, with beautiful decoration and a very clean environment. The location was manageable, but the only way to get to places on time was by catching a didi, which I didn't complain about because the property itself is so worth it.

The hotel itself is fine, the room comes equipped with everything you need, the breakfasts are generous with a wide selection that leans heavily toward Chinese dishes and a smaller European range, and there are two pools – a shallow 80 cm one outdoors for kids and an indoor adult pool. Daily housekeeping keeps the room spotless, there’s even an ironing board, tea and coffee, and a cozy restaurant on the –1 level. However, the staff are only so‑so and the breakfast area is poorly cleared; you often arrive to find many tables still dirty from previous guests and have to request a clean spot, while the limited number of tables means you sometimes end up sharing with strangers, which is inconvenient. Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 10:00, and after 9:00 dishes stop being replenished and drinks aren’t refilled – for example, the milk ran out and no one brought more despite my asking. For a five‑star property that’s unacceptable. Also, the hotel is far from any shops, so I asked reception to arrange delivery, which took two hours – a baffling delay that suggests the front desk staff were clueless.
